Welcome to Liberty Cats! By accessing and using our services, purchasing, holding, or engaging with Liberty Cats NFTs ("Liberty Cats"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Liberty Cats website, engaging in any activities related to Liberty Cats, or holding Liberty Cats NFTs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

Eligibility

To participate in the Liberty Cats ecosystem, you must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.

Ownership

Liberty Cats NFTs are ERC-721 tokens on the Polygon blockchain. When you purchase a Liberty Cat, you own the underlying NFT completely. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the Smart Contract and the Polygon Network.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Liberty Cats grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, copy, and display the purchased NFT solely for the following purposes:

• For your own personal, non-commercial use;

• As part of a marketplace that permits the purchase and sale of your Liberty Cat, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies each Liberty Cat owner’s rights to display the Art for their Liberty Cat to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art;

• As part of a third-party website or application that permits the inclusion, involvement, or participation of your Liberty Cat, provided that the website/application cryptographically verifies each Liberty Cat owner’s rights to display the Art for their Liberty Cat to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art.

Restrictions

You agree that you may not:

• Modify the artwork in your Liberty Cats NFT in any way, including, without limitation, the shapes, designs, drawings, attributes, or color schemes;

• Use the artwork in your Liberty Cats NFT to promote hate speech, violence, or any other offensive or inappropriate conduct;

• Attempt to trademark, copyright, or otherwise acquire additional intellectual property rights in the artwork contained in your Liberty Cats NFT.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, but not limited to, your breach of these Terms.
