Liberty Cats App Terms of Service

Applies to: All Liberty Cats App users

Article 1 – General

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Liberty Cats mobile application ("App") and related services, including but not limited to marketplace, forum, news, exchange rate tools, and the NFT Holder Reward Activity (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

Article 2 – Modifications

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be announced via in-app messages or community notices. Continued use of the Services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 3 – Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained the consent of your legal guardian to register and use the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that all account information provided is accurate and up to date.

Article 4 – Account and Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, wallet private keys, and other authentication information. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from your own negligence. We do not store or manage your private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your digital assets.

Article 5 – Description of Services

1.Marketplace: Browse and purchase products offered by Liberty Cats or its partners.

2.Forum: Participate in community discussions; users must follow content rules and are responsible for their posts.

3.News: Access curated third-party news content for reference only.

4.Exchange Rate Tool: View third-party crypto price data. Accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed.

5.NFT Holder Reward Activity: Users may opt-in NFTs they own to earn in-app points based on snapshot logic.

Article 6 – NFT Holder Reward Activity

1.The activity applies only to officially issued Liberty Cats NFTs.

2.NFTs remain in your wallet. The system calculates points via on-chain snapshots of opted-in NFTs.

3.Earned points are only valid within the Liberty Cats ecosystem and do not represent legal currency or financial assets.

4.You may exit the activity at any time. Accumulated points will not be erased. The platform reserves the right to modify reward rules with advance notice.

Article 7 – User Conduct

Users must not engage in:

•Posting or distributing illegal, false, harmful, or abusive content

•Using the platform for unauthorized promotion, scams, or illegal activities

•Infringing upon others' intellectual property or privacy

•Impersonating others or using multiple accounts to disrupt service fairness

•Any activity that violates laws or disrupts platform order

The platform reserves the right to remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules.

Article 8 – Data Privacy and Protection

We follow all applicable laws and our [Privacy Policy]. We may collect device and behavioral data to improve service quality, but we do not collect private keys. We will not share your personal data without your consent unless legally required to do so.

Article 9 – Service Interruptions and Disclaimer

We are not liable for interruptions due to blockchain network issues, system maintenance, or force majeure. We are not responsible for losses caused by user error, scams, or third-party platforms. Content within the App is for reference only and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

Article 10 – Community Management

User-generated content reflects individual views. The platform may remove or restrict content that violates community guidelines. Sensitive political commentary or incitement is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the platform's operating region. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they will be submitted to a court with proper jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Language and Versions

This document is originally written in Chinese. Other language versions are provided for convenience only. In case of conflict, the Chinese version shall prevail.
