Uses of LCAT

1. Participate in Activities

LCAT allows players to engage in various activities. By spending LCAT, players can participate in our daily activities and win generous rewards. We will host a series of competitions that will charge a certain amount of LCAT as an entry fee. The revenue from these entry fees will be used to create a prize pool, from which 50% will be awarded to players as prizes, 40% will be allocated to a public operations fund supervised by community members to cover the project’s daily expenses, and the remaining 10% will be permanently locked to increase LCAT’s scarcity and value.

1. Purchase Sub NFTs

LCAT will be the primary currency for purchasing a series of upcoming Sub NFTs. Although Sub NFTs can also be traded using Matic, using LCAT for initial purchases from the community’s official sales will offer a 20% discount. These Sub NFTs include personality tags, territory tags, equipment, and other items that add color to Liberty Cats. These new Sub NFTs will have different rarity levels, and we will rank NFTs based on their overall rarity and periodically reward the top-ranking NFT holders. However, rarity will not always dominate all activities; in each event, specific types of Sub NFTs will be given higher scores to enhance community engagement and activity. 80% of the sales revenue from Sub NFTs will be allocated to the team for research and development and maintaining the existing community, while the remaining 20% will be distributed to NFT holders in batches as airdrops.

1. Purchase In-Game Items

The game includes permanent and consumable items, and LCAT will be the sole currency for purchasing these items. Consumable items are designed to enhance gameplay and increase player experience, providing more fun and a sense of accomplishment in the game.

1. Purchase Bonds

We will issue a limited number of bonds that can be purchased with LCAT, subject to a purchase limit. Bondholders will receive interest and principal paid in LCAT after a certain period. The interest will be covered by the team’s treasury. Additionally, bondholders will enjoy some extra benefits to encourage more users to participate and hold LCAT long-term. The main purpose of issuing bonds is to adjust the number of circulating tokens in the market.

1. Airdrop Rewards

To further empower NFTs, we will periodically airdrop LCAT to Liberty Cats holders as rewards. This will incentivize holders to continue supporting and participating in the project, enhancing community loyalty and activity. The sources of airdrop funds include, but are not limited to, event ticket sales revenue, Sub NFT sales revenue, and in-game item sales revenue.

1. Forum Rewards

We will establish an independent forum module with Q&A and mutual help sections. Users can set a certain amount of LCAT as a reward for answering questions, incentivizing other users to provide valuable answers. Additionally, LCAT can be used as a tipping method to thank other users for their help or excellent posts.
